Opinion: USCA Campus Needs a Clean-Up

There is a trash problem at the USC Aiken Campus.

Students, having much freedom, do not treat the campus with respect and leave trash everywhere except the place it needs to go.

There needs to be a stricter garbage policy or more emphasis on recycling. On the stairway towards the dorms, the area is LITTERED with garbage and other disgusting items.

The campus should make it mandatory for students to not throw trash wherever and make it a rule for people who live on campus to HAVE to recycle.
