What are WiFi Wednesdays?

New to the USC Aiken campus is the weekly “WiFi Wednesdays.” This semester there have been multiple complaints about the internet and connectivity issues, so the IT department has organized this as a solution. Taking place in campus housing, help will be available from 1-4 pm.. 

This weekly event is meant to help students and make them more comfortable in seeking support for their technical issues. These could possibly include but aren’t limited to:

• Trouble Connecting

• Slow Downloading

• Connection Drops

• Unable To Login

Since of course WiFi problems never come at the same time weekly, you’re able to contact the campus Help Desk by phone, email, or simply stopping by!
