Staying safe from COVID during fall break

Staying safe from COVID during fall break

Trying to find something to do for fall break but trying to stay safe from COVID can seem very stressful for some. Compromised immune systems, age and other things can hold people back from going out and doing things this year for fall break.

A few things that can be done to minimize the possibility of contracting the virus are wearing masks (the correct way), staying the appropriate distance away from others, washing/sanitizing hands, getting vaccinated and getting tested before and after the break.

Finding events outdoors such as fall festivals, fairs or hikes are another way to stay safer while having fun this break.

Staying safe is the most important thing this break, but having fun and relaxing should also be important.
