Volunteer fair offers community, campus opportunities

Students will have the opportunity to connect with local volunteer organizations at USC Aiken’s annual volunteer fair on Monday, Feb. 10.

The annual event takes place in the SAC lobby from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

The event hosts several groups from the Aiken area to recruit students for volunteer services. 

“There will be about 12 local non-profit organizations from health care,” Christian Medders, assistant director of student life, wrote.

The groups range from youth outreach, health care and the First Tee of Aiken.

The student life email encouraged students to “come find out about volunteer opportunities in the area and meet some of their representatives!”
