News: USC Aikens Cyber Security Operations Center

Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC) Opens at USC Aiken. Those studying Cyber Security at USC Aiken will now be able to gain hands-on experience working in the Security Operations Center.

The program will help hundreds of students as Cyber Security is a very populated degree. The center will also provide help for getting ready to be n the workforce. Students will gain Tier 1 SOC Analyst work experience at the center, preparing them for work as Tier 2 Analysts in the workforce. An important part of finding work is securing connections.

USC Aiken will benefit from the center's partnership with USC Columbia's Information Security Office, which provides a teaching lab and helps secure USC Columbia's network.
