University Theater Players announces auditions, actors needed

University Theatre Players’ (UTP) three short plays for Fall 2020 were announced at auditions last week and more actors are needed.

“Piotr’s Magic Radio,” “Rabbit Ears and Turtle Shells” and “Why We Like Love Stories” will be directed by Andrew Randolph, Marie Tormala and Emily Belisle respectively.

According to UTP Secretary and Treasurer, Leah Tucker, “the auditions were great, but there are still two openings for male actors.”

Secondary auditions will take place Monday, Sept. 14 upstairs in the Etherredge Center at 6 p.m. A prepared monologue is not required, and one will be given to you at auditions if you do not have one ready.
